Q.  Do I need planning permission?
A.  This depends, but Sapphire will advise you on all aspects to do with planning permission.

Q.  Do I have to apply for planning myself or can you do it?
A.  Sapphire offer a full Planning Service

Q.  My house is in a conservation area and/or is a listed building, can I have PVCu?
A.  You would need to seek advice from the local Conservation Officer, but this is also something that we can do for you.

Q.  Do you have your own fitters and masons?
A.  Yes we do.

Q.  Are all your conservatories made to measure?
A.  Yes, for any application.

Q.  What guarantee do you give?
A.  Sapphire gives a fully comprehensive 10-year Guarantee which is also backed by the Coastal Coastguard Guarantee (also 10 years) when Coastal products have been used.

Q.  Do Sapphire's products conform to the relevant British Standards?
A.  Yes.

Q.  Do you do free, no obligation quotations?
A.  Yes, plus we can supply drawings for windows, doors and conservatory quotations.  Also for conservatories, we can superimpose the drawing onto a picture of your house so that you can see what the finished product could look like before you make any decisions.  This is also a free service.

Q.  Can I put a conservatory onto my bungalow?
A.  Yes, in most cases.

Q.  Can I put a conservatory onto my 1st floor level?
A.  Sometimes, we can design to your requirements.

Q.  Can Sapphire do associated building works?
A.  Yes.

Q.  Can Sapphire do a patio?
